We are still processing and shipping orders

We are doing everything possible to keep processing and shipping orders during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our team and customers.

Shipping times may be affected due to COVID-19

The other factors contributing to delays include fewer air freight operations, international delays and increased parcel volumes. This is an extremely volatile environment that is forcing us to adapt to new conditions every day as the shipping situation evolves. We're adapting our business during this challenging time

In order to adhere to safety guidelines we have needed to modify our production process to limit the number of team members working at one time. These production adjustments mean some orders are experiencing delays.

Please kindly note that any fulfillment adjustments and delays are temporary and we hope to be back to normal production capacity soon.
