Shipping Policy

Most GearFrost products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your purchase is placed, then packed and shipped once production is complete.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order details, and available shipping options.

To see your shipping cost, add your item to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. Any available shipping methods and charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Production Time

Estimated production times vary by product type:

  • Boxing Gears: 7–14 business days
  • Other All Over Print Items: 5–8 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after production is complete are:

Standard Shipping

  • USA: 10–20 business days
  • International: 15–25 business days

Express Shipping

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, selected shipping method, carrier service, customs processing, local postal services, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other factors outside of our control.

Express Shipping Availability

Express Shipping may not be available for every order, product, or destination.

We only display Express Shipping at checkout when a suitable express option is available. In some cases, express carrier rates may be unusually high or unavailable for certain destinations, and we may choose not to offer Express Shipping rather than present customers with an unreasonable shipping cost.

If Express Shipping is available for your order, it will appear as an option at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that Express Shipping only affects shipping transit time after production is complete. It does not shorten the production time required to make your item.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Your estimated total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Because GearFrost products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. The shipping estimate begins after production has been completed and the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take longer depending on the carrier.

Separate Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages, especially if the order includes multiple products or items produced by different fulfillment facilities.

If your items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. This does not mean anything is missing from your order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

GearFrost is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information, missing apartment or unit numbers, unavailable recipients, or missed delivery attempts.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@gearfrost.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipping.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you would like more information about possible fees before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

We understand that delays can be frustrating. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, local postal services, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other events outside of our control.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order appears to be taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help review the situation.
